The Impact of E-HRM Usage on HRM Effectiveness

This study investigated the impact of electronic human resource management (e-HRM) implementation on effectiveness HRM system. The framework this was guided by three theories: unified theory acceptance and use technology, social exchange theory, leader-member theory. Covariance-based structural equation modelling used to test proposed model hypotheses. sample consisted 282 responses from employees two telecommunications companies in Jordan. research findings suggested that performance expectancy had a significant positive effect behavioural intention an e-HRM system, whereas effort did not. Facilitating conditions system usage. Top support role line managers positively affected actual usage e-HRM, HR professionals negative. Finally, effectiveness.
